Bedrooms
Willow Tree House has six bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 12 people. (For extra children under 2 eg babies in travel cots please contact us).
The bedroom names all relate to local places in the area which are good for a day trip or a dog walk – some facts about these places are included below!
All bedrooms have ample storage space and most have televisions with access to freeview channels. Irons and ironing boards can be found in every bedroom – apart from Camber Sands. All bedrooms have a hairdryer and hair straightener.
Bed linen, towels and handwash are provided.
First Floor
Iden
A small village outside Rye which is mentioned in the Doomsday book
Situated at the front of the property, Iden is a double bedroom with an ensuite with shower, WC and sink.






Bodiam
A village outside Rye with a 14th Century moated castle.
Also at the front of the house, Bodiam is a double bedroom with an ensuite with shower, WC and sink.






Winchelsea
A historical town on a hill outside Rye. The original ‘Old’ Winchelsea was reclaimed by the sea.
Situated at the back of the property, Winchelsea has twin beds and can be changed into a superking bedroom on request. It has an ensuite with shower, WC and sink.





Fairlight
An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with coastal views and historical links to smuggling.
Also at the back of the house, Fairlight has a king sized bed with an en suite with shower, WC and sink






Second floor
The Camber Suite
Situated at the top of the house, the Camber suite is made up of two rooms which share a large family bathroom off a small corridor. Both rooms have exposed beams on the ceilings.
Camber Sands*
Five miles of beautiful sandy beach!
On the left of the bathroom, Camber Sands has two single beds.
Camber Castle*
Built for Henry IIVth, the Castle is a short walk from the house.
On the right of the bathroom, Camber Castle has a double bed.
* Camber Castle and Camber Sands share a bathroom and can be used as a family suite
